Concrete cancer can hit hard on the salty eastern suburbs and this block required plenty of cleaning down and crack injections before the building was stabilised.

That done, we re-rendered and repainted the building entirely. We changed all the balustrading to be more stylish, then carried out extensive landscaping and created new pathways on the block to make the building much more presentable as well as much more valuable to its owners.
